The liquid tank semi-trailers we produce adopt advanced design concepts to manufacture the most durable oil tank semi-trailers. Considering the road conditions, especially the African market, the liquid tank trucks we produce have the performance of anti-twisting, anti-shock and anti-collision, which enhances the service life on the basis of transportation safety.
We can customize and produce carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum liquid tank semi-trailers. The volume of the liquid tank semi-trailer can be customized to reach 40,000 liters, 45,000 liters, 54,000 liters, and up to 90,000 liters. Use different compartments, such as two, three, four or more compartments, to hold different liquids.
Liquid tank trucks and semi-trailers are used for transporting various liquids, such as fuel, gasoline, water, palm oil, asphalt, etc.
Application
Equipped with safety devices: The manhole is a large explosion-proof cover. An emergency shut-off valve is installed at the bottom outlet of the storage tank.
The tank body is automatically welded by an advanced large-scale dedicated welding machine.
The tank truck body is longitudinally welded. Ensure the safety of semi-trailers and extend their service life.
Water tank for water-filled test equipment: To ensure the box is highly sealed and prevent oil leakage.
The wave plate reduces the impact of the liquid on the oil tanker.
Advanced coating systems and polyurethane coatings. It has an attractive appearance and a service life of more than 5 years.
